Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

1.1 Orders are processed and dispatched within the estimated time frame. Once dispatched, the Buyer may receive a tracking number via email.

1.2 If no email address is provided, Buyers must contact Ayb Mechatronics Customer Service for tracking details.

1.3 Ayb Mechatronics ensures timely dispatch but is not liable for unforeseen delays caused by third parties (e.g., courier delays, customs clearance, etc.).

1.4 If the Buyer does not receive a dispatch notification, it is their responsibility to reach out to Ayb Mechatronics for updates.


2. Delivery Process

2.1 Ayb Mechatronics partners with trusted courier services to ensure secure and timely delivery.

2.2 Once an item is dispatched, the responsibility of transit safety falls on the courier.

2.3 Any changes in the delivery address must be communicated before dispatch.


3. Delayed Shipments

Ayb Mechatronics is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to:

3.1 The courier experiencing difficulties in locating the delivery address.
3.2 Errors incurred by the courier during package processing.
3.3 The Buyer providing an incomplete or incorrect address.
3.4 Force majeure events such as bad weather, strikes, or government regulations.
3.5 It is the Buyer’s responsibility to monitor tracking information and report any discrepancies.


4. Lost or Missing Shipments

4.1 If the tracking number shows delivered, but the item is not received, the Buyer must notify Ayb Mechatronics within 48 hours.

4.2 Ayb Mechatronics will initiate a courier investigation, which may take up to 8 business days.

4.3 If a package is confirmed lost, the Buyer will be offered either:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement order (subject to stock availability)

4.4 If the original package is re-delivered after issuing a refund or replacement, the Buyer must refuse acceptance of the re-delivered item.


5. Redelivery & Address Issues

5.1 If an item is returned to Ayb Mechatronics due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, the Buyer may be charged a redelivery fee.

5.2 Buyers must ensure accurate address details at the time of order placement.


6. Missing Items or Parts

6.1 Buyers must check package contents immediately upon delivery.

6.2 Any missing parts or items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package.

6.3 To process a claim, Ayb Mechatronics may require:

  • Photographic evidence of packaging and contents
  • Proof of invoice or order number

6.4 Depending on the case, Ayb Mechatronics may:

  • Send the missing part(s) at no additional cost
  • Offer a partial refund for the missing item
  • Request the return of the package for a full replacement

7. International Shipping

7.1 International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or VAT depending on the destination country.

7.2 Ayb Mechatronics is not responsible for additional customs charges imposed by local authorities.

7.3 International shipping times vary based on destination and customs clearance.
