Returns Policy

1. Returns for Damaged Items

1.1 Customer Responsibility: The buyer must inspect the received goods immediately upon delivery.

1.2 Reporting Damage: Any damage must be reported to Ayb Mechatronics within 48 hours of delivery.

1.3 Packaging Retention: All original packaging must be retained for verification purposes.

1.4 External Packaging Damage: If external packaging is visibly damaged, customers should sign as "damaged" with the courier if possible.

1.5 Photographic Evidence: Ayb Mechatronics may request photographic proof of the damaged item and packaging.

1.6 Resolution Options: After reporting damage, Ayb Mechatronics will:

  • Initiate a courier damage inspection (can take up to 8 working days)
  • Offer a full refund or replacement if the courier accepts liability
  • Provide a partial refund or replacement part if applicable
  • Request the item to be returned before issuing a refund

2. Returns for Incorrect Items

2.1 Reporting Incorrect Shipments: If an incorrect item is received, customers must notify Ayb Mechatronics.

2.2 Packaging Retention: All original packaging must be kept for verification.

2.3 Photographic Proof: Ayb Mechatronics may request images of the incorrect item for faster resolution.

2.4 Resolution Options:

  • Ayb Mechatronics will arrange collection and provide a replacement or full refund
  • A new item may be dispatched without requiring the return of the incorrect item
  • Customers may be requested to return the incorrect item for a refund
  • Return costs will be covered if Ayb Mechatronics is at fault

3. Order Cancellation Rights

3.1 Cancellation Window: Buyers have the right to cancel an order from the moment of placement until 30 days after delivery.

3.2 Notification Requirement: Customers must inform Ayb Mechatronics within this timeframe to process a cancellation.

3.3 Refund Coverage: Full refunds include standard delivery costs but exclude premium shipping upgrades.
